It’s time to shine a spotlight on the amazing people and programs moving Customer Education forward! The ACE Awards (that’s Awesomeness in Customer Education) are brought to you by CustomerEducation.org — the biggest, most passionate community of customer education pros out there.

What Are the ACE Awards?

We’re celebrating the folks and programs who make learning awesome and impactful in the customer education world. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• ACE Vendor of the Year
  Vendors who rock at delivering great products, stellar service, and building awesome communities.

• ACE Program of the Year
  Customer education programs that truly raise the bar — both for learners and business results.

• ACE Voice of the Year
  Individuals whose contributions have made a real difference in the field.

How to Get Involved

• Nominate by September 19!
  Know someone or a program that deserves to be recognized? Don’t wait — submit your nomination today.

• Vote for Your Favorites
  The community picks the top 5 finalists in each category by votes.

• Judges Pick the Winners
  A panel of experts selects the final winners from the finalists.

• Celebrate With Us
  Winners will be announced at our virtual awards party in October — and you’re invited!

A Few Important Details

• Nominations close September 19 at 11:59 PM EST.

• Nominees should be active in customer education or related functions (partner enablement, product training, product certification).

• You can submit up to three nominations per category, and you’re welcome to enter nominations in multiple categories if you want!

• To keep things fair, multiple nominations from the same company for a nominee within that company will count as one vote toward the finalist tally.

• Finalists will be notified before the awards event.

• Winners agree to join in the fun publicity around the awards.

• We reserve the right to disqualify any nominations that don’t follow the rules.
